BARCELONA, April 18, 2023 \u2013 toddl.co, the first SaaS solution in Europe tailor-made for organisers of kids’ activities, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire BuscaExtraEscolares, Spain\u2019s largest network of kids\u2019 activity providers and academies. The deal will bring together two of the sector\u2019s most prominent leaders, creating a one-stop shop for business owners and families alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

toddl.co\u2019s intent to acquire BuscaExtraEscolares comes on the heels of their recent appointment of CTO, Eneko Sarasola. toddl.co recruited Sarasola from Y Combinator-backed Payflow, where alongside his team, he helped develop a fintech application that enables early wage access for employees in multiple countries. At toddl.co, he is leading the technical development of their business management SaaS solution, and he\u2019ll oversee the migration of BuscaExtraEscolares\u2019 1600 clients onto the toddl.co platform. toddl.co\u2019s industry-leading B2B technology, combined with their existing consumer marketplace and the reach of BuscaExtraEscolares\u2019 nationwide network will create the most extensive and integrated platform in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition will be an all-stock deal and will integrate both teams. Upon closing of the deal, BuscaExtraEscolares Founder Cristina Garc\u00eda Ventura will join toddl.co in the role of Chief Business Development Officer, shareholder and founding team member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
